J PAUL Construction will use this time to collect pertinent project information including observed opportunities for improved efficiencies, potential obstacles, possible safety hazards, logistics, scope, and material requirements.
PROVIDE AN INITIAL PROJECT ESTIMATE
This initial estimate works to establish a baseline for our clients so we can agree to an informed projection for cost and scheduling. It is important when evaluating estimates to use comparable terms and identify added value.
DESIGN, PLANNING, AND PERMITTING
When expectation meets reality, and both parties agree to engage to proceeding with the project, the next important step is the design, planning, and permitting. We maintain efficiency in our design process through extensive planning and practical understanding of time frames and schedules.
DELIVER A COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT ESTIMATE
Next the initial estimate undergoes a refinement process to include solicited quotes from our trusted subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals. Delivery of a comprehensive project estimate is shaped by our commitment to safety, to quality, and to deliberate material selections.
